Another voice has joined the chorus, claiming preorders for the iPhone 18 Pro and other hardware will start on Saturday, September 12.
Apple is mere hours away from introducing its new product lines, including revealing when you can get your hands on the new iPhone models. Rumors in recent weeks have pointed to preorders starting on Saturday.
In a post to X on Wednesday morning ahead of the event, serial leaker ShrimpApplePro briefly posted that they had "confirmed" preorders will start at the "usual time on Saturday."
This claim isn't a stretch from earlier reports on the topic, including a Korean carrier revealing the opening of preorders on the Saturday. There's also Apple's habit of avoiding September 11 for events, which it may also follow for pre-orders.
And a midnight iPhone debut was the norm for years.
It won't be long before everyone knows when preorders open, as Apple will reveal all later today.
