The iPhone 20 Pro display will be the same aspect ratio as previous models, while still being slightly bigger. Combined with the glass cover, it should result in a bezel-less effect in the final version.
Apple's anniversary smartphone, the often-rumored iPhone 20 Pro is believed to have both a glass-heavy design and much larger displays than usual. While the model is still far from becoming a reality, that hasn't stopped rumors from floating about it.
In the latest claim about the milestone release, Weibo leaker Digital Chat Station posted on Wednesday about the displays used in the iPhone 20 Pro series. Codenamed V73 and V74, the models are said to be bigger, but have the same aspect ratio as earlier Pro and Pro Max models.
This apparently means that Apple is going for a new bezel-less quad-curved design for the iPhone 20 Pro.
The leaker goes on to explain that the style of the smartphone will center around the use of a 2D flat screen with a glass cover. The cover will use optical refraction and be shaped to create a visual borderless effect.

Weibo leakers are not best known for their accuracy, though Digital Chat Station has a fairly reasonable track record among the usual suspects. That said, the leak isn't really bringing much new to the table.
On August 4, the account posted about Apple prototyping two screen sizes, measuring 6.4 inches and 7 inches for the iPhone 20 Pro and Pro Max. By comparison, the iPhone 17 Pro has a 6.3-inch screen and the Pro Max is 6.9 inches in size.
At the time, they also said that the aspect ratio would be maintained, and that a "bezel-less quad curved design" would be used.
The sizes weren't new either, as Digital Chat Station also talked about them on July 21. The use of a "four-micro-curve" OLED panel was also mentioned back in April by the account.
More recently, the glass usage was raised by fellow Weibo leaker Fixed Focus Digital, resurfacing previous rumors.
Arguably the biggest thing about Digital Chat Station's post is that it goes against a claim from an analyst that Apple cancelled its all-glass design for the iPhone 20.
