Inventory constraints continue to plague the M4 Mac mini line, but Amazon has two models with delivery dates in the near future, and one of them is on sale, too.
Apple's M4 Mac mini has been hard to source, with a nearly month-long delay on the M4 spec with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. But Amazon has units available to purchase now, with delivery estimates of Aug. 18-20 at press time.

While the $999 price isn't discounted, it does put the compact desktop in your hands quicker than ordering from Apple itself (and B&H is sold out entirely).
Those looking for the increased performance of the M4 Pro can save $30 on a configuration with a 12-core CPU and 16-core GPU. The system also has 24GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The M4 Pro chip has over double the memory bandwidth of the M4 chip, clocking in at 273GB/s versus 120GB/s. This makes the compact Mac mini a great option to use as a headless machine for AI tasks, which is why it's been sold out for much of 2026.
