How to install visionOS 27.0.1
Over the air (easiest): open Settings → General → Software Update on the device and tap Update Now. This only downloads the files your device needs.
With an IPSW file: download the IPSW for your exact model above, connect the device to a Mac (Finder) or Windows PC (Apple Devices / iTunes), then hold Option (Mac) or Shift (Windows) while clicking Check for Update or Restore and pick the file. Restoring erases the device, so back it up first.
Not sure which model you have? Use our device identifier with the model number printed in Settings → General → About.
Can I downgrade?
Only while Apple keeps signing the previous version — usually one to two weeks after a new release. Check the live IPSW signing status page before attempting a downgrade.
